Who we are
Our team specializes in janitorial contracts for local businesses and organizations. We clean professional suites, medical and dental practices, strata common areas, dealership showrooms, fitness studios, churches, community halls, childcare sites, private schools and post-construction locations. We work on recurring agreements with a written scope, a fixed access arrangement and a crew that stays with the building.
How we work
We walk every building before we quote it. We document your building layout, fixture counts and security entry requirements during our walkthrough. We build your quote directly from the written scope so our cleaners and inspectors follow the same tasks. Your written scope stays consistent over time, allowing us to verify completed work every week.
Our crews
We keep the same people in the same buildings. A crew that knows where the storage is, which door sticks and when the boardroom is booked works faster and finishes cleaner. We perform criminal record checks for staff and ensure ongoing coverage whenever regular cleaners are absent.
Where we work
We cover the mid-Island corridor from Duncan north to Courtenay and Comox, taking in Chemainus, Ladysmith, Nanaimo, Lantzville, Parksville, Qualicum Beach and Cumberland across three regional districts.
