Island Commercial Cleaning is a commercial cleaning and janitorial operator serving the mid-Island corridor, from Duncan in the south to Courtenay and Comox in the north. Work is delivered to written scopes on nightly, weekly and monthly frequencies, across 3 regional districts.
Who we are
We are a commercial cleaning and janitorial company working the mid-Island corridor. Our contracts are with offices and professional suites, medical and dental practices, strata and apartment common areas, dealership showrooms, fitness studios, churches and community halls, private childcare and schools, and post-construction sites. We work on recurring agreements with a written scope, a fixed access arrangement and a crew that stays with the building.
How we work
We walk every building before we quote it. We measure areas by floor type, count washroom fixtures, and record the access, alarm and lockup arrangements. The quote comes off that scope, the crew works to it, and we inspect against it. It is the same document from the first visit to the last, which is why we can tell you on any given week exactly what was done.
Our crews
We keep the same people in the same buildings. A crew that knows where the storage is, which door sticks and when the boardroom is booked works faster and finishes cleaner than one meeting the building for the first time. We screen for building access, we hold record checks where the site requires them, and we cover absences against the written scope so the result does not move.
Where we work
We cover the corridor from Duncan north to Courtenay and Comox, taking in Chemainus, Ladysmith, Nanaimo, Lantzville, Parksville, Qualicum Beach and Cumberland, across three regional districts. Multi-site accounts run on one schedule and one agreement, quoted building by building.
