Post-construction cleaning for commercial projects

What happens during the rough clean?
We complete the rough clean after major construction work and before detailed finishing begins. Our crew removes loose trade debris, sweeps coarse dust, vacuums accessible surfaces and clears the space for the next stage of work. We confirm which materials your trades will remove and which waste is included in our scope before work starts.
What does the final clean cover?
We complete the final clean after painting, flooring and fixture installation. We remove fine construction dust from horizontal surfaces, clean interior glass, wipe fixtures and switch plates, and address paint overspray or grout film where those tasks are included in your written scope. Floors receive the cleaning method suited to their finished surface.
Why is there a touch-up pass before handover?
Fine airborne dust can settle again after the final clean while deficiencies and last trade visits are completed. We schedule a touch-up close to your client walkthrough or occupancy date to wipe newly settled dust, clean marked surfaces and present the finished commercial space for handover.

We normally structure post-construction cleaning in three distinct passes: rough, final and pre-occupancy touch-up. We schedule each pass around the trade sequence and include the touch-up because fine dust can settle again between the final clean and handover.
Can you work around active trades?
Yes. We coordinate the rough and final passes with your site schedule, but the work area needs to be released to our crew for the agreed cleaning window. Your written scope records the timing, access and responsibilities for each stage.
Do you clean finished floors and interior glass?
Yes. We match the cleaning method to each finished floor and include interior glass in the final-clean scope. We identify specialty surfaces during the walkthrough so the correct products and equipment are ready before our crew arrives.
